Interactive Resources is hiring for a growing construction and trade services company in Northeast Florida. The company wants an experienced operations leader to run day-to-day performance, develop its managers and help grow the business. This is a senior leadership role with real influence on strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of operations managers
• Own financial performance, including budgets, P&L review, cash flow and cost control
• Work closely with the accounting team so reporting stays accurate and on time
• Grow revenue with new and existing customers
• Oversee the equipment, materials and logistics side of the business
• Run regular operations meetings, solve problems and keep projects on schedule
• Build accountability and a strong team culture

What You Bring

• 5+ years in construction, facilities or the skilled trades
• 2+ years leading managers or multiple teams
• Experience with P&L ownership or financial oversight
• Business development or customer growth experience
• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business, or equivalent experience
