What they need

No long-winded introductions here, we've got a role to fill, and we think you might be exactly what we're looking for. This is an awesome opportunity to put your skills to good use, grow professionally, and be part of something worth talking about. So, before the standard job ad waffle kicks in, let's get into the good stuff.
What's on offer? An opportunity to lead Optic Security Group’s (OSG) Auckland operations, bringing together project delivery, service performance, technical teams and commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build capability, improve execution and deliver consistently strong customer results.

Sitting across different facets of business functionality, as an Operations Manager with OSG, you will provide operational and commercial leadership. From project management to service delivery and technician management, you will contribute to organisational planning, reporting and development.

This role will see you being hands-on from a project management perspective, collaborating with all levels of management across implementation, monitoring and organisational strategy. You will ensure operational plans and strategic objectives are understood and executed by our Auckland team, setting performance indicators and driving the team to achieve these targets.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for project service and delivery, technical capability and resource planning, customer outcomes and escalations, budgets, forecasts and margin performance, process improvement, safety and compliance, collaboration with sales and other regional leaders.

Based on site in our Auckland office, this role has the flexibility to manage their schedule from a hybrid WFH and office perspective, as well as the need to be on client sites from time to time.
