Key Purpose of the Role

Reporting directly to the Hotel Management team, the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with the company's quality and commercial objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, ensuring smooth, efficient, and coordinated performance across the property.
• Lead, mentor, and develop departmental managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Drive excellence in the guest experience through the monitoring of guest satisfaction metrics, online reputation scores, and service quality standards.
• Ensure achievement of operational, quality, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Analyze operational and financial KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, action plans, and strategic initiatives.
• Continuously optimize operational processes, productivity, and cost efficiency while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
• Participate actively in cross-functional projects and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Act as a key operational leader within the hotel, ensuring effective communication and coordination between departments.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel operations within upscale or luxury hospitality environments.
• Previous experience as an Operations Manager , Assistant Hotel Manager , Hotel Manager , or in a comparable senior operational leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and a results-driven approach.
• Sound commercial awareness and strong understanding of hotel financial performance indicators.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving business environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Knowledge of Spanish will be highly valued. Additional languages will also be considered an asset.
