Operations Manager

BuiltaMart is an online grocery business that provides quality and hard-to-find items at the comfort of the customers' fingertips. As a Hub Lead, you will lead a team that organizes these products to reach everyone's doorstep.

Job Summary:

You will oversee the hub's daily activities and operations, ensuring the business runs smoothly and effectively. You will attain targets by increasing sales, minimizing expenses, and providing exceptional customer service and supplier/vendor relationships.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the Online Grocery Operations, including handling orders, managing deliveries, attending to customer needs, and leading the Operations Team.
• You will lead daily briefings, create and manage workforce schedules, provide and enforce discipline to employees, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• You will also empower your team to achieve a high-performing workforce.
• Manage the expenses, sales, and losses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in the Hub’s overall operations.
• Create accurate operations reports to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols; conduct stock optimization analysis, planning, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with other departments in improving operational processes to provide efficiency and increase productivity.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by providing accurate service and handling customer complaints inside the hub.
• Shall attend meetings with the management.

What We Look For:

• A graduate of any 4-year course related to management and operations.
• With at least 2 years of managerial experience in retail business and operations.
• With proven experience in people management, finances, sales, and customer service.
• Team Player, keen on details, and proactive.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with different online systems and processes.
• With experience in technical tools such as MS Office, Google, ERPNext, etc.
• Willing to work on Weekends and Holidays
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Willing to work in New Manila, Quezon City
