Operations Manager

Qualifications Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: - WITH years of hands-on experience in a commercial bakery, pastry kitchen, or food production facility​- At least years in a supervisory or managerial position, overseeing bread and pastry production, staff scheduling, and daily operations​- Proven experience managing production workflows from dough preparation to final baking and finishing​- Experience with large-batch production, recipe scaling, and consistent quality maintenance​- Familiarity with bakery equipment, ingredient inventory, and proper storage standards for perishable goods Skills & Competencies: - In-depth knowledge of baking principles, dough handling, fermentation processes, and pastry techniques​- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and HACCP requirements specific to bakery operations​- Ability to develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent product quality​- Proficient in production planning, inventory management, and cost control​- Excellent leadership and team management skills — able to train, guide, and motivate production staff​- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities​- Effective communication skills for coordinating with production, purchasing, and admin teams​- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and product presentation

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
