Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and organised Operations Manager to join our small family run business, overseeing kitchen and bedroom projects from initial survey through to completion.

This role would suit an experienced former kitchen fitter who is looking to move away from full time fitting into a hanf on management position, using their practical knowledge and experience to ensure projects run smoothly and customers recieve an excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing kitchen, bedroom and bespoke furniture projects from start to finish.
• Liaising with customers, fitters and the office to ensure jobs run smoothly and are completed to a high standard.
• Carrying out site surveys and assessing project requirements.
• Ensuring fitters have the correct information, materials and components to complete each job.
• Monitoring project progress and resolving any issues that arise.
• Carrying out minor remedial works where required.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ensuring work is completed efficiently, professionally and to the required standard.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years kitchen fitting experience
• Good knowledge of kitchen and bedroom surveying
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and problem solving abilities
• A practical, hands on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects
• A full clean driving licence

* 3 month trial period

* Working hours Mon - Fri 8am - with flexibility to suit the needs of the role

Pay: £31,200.00 per year
