Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing 24×7 AI data center operations
• Ensuring high availability, operational efficiency and infrastructure reliability.
• Oversees L1/L2 engineering teams, incident management, preventive maintenance,
• Vendor coordination and critical infrastructure, including power and cooling systems.
• Ensures compliance with SOP/MOP/EOP, safety standards and operational KPIs.
