Greenscape Landscape Maintenance Corp. seeks an experienced, organized, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our commercial landscaping operations in Broward County.

We are seeking a strong leader who can manage crews, coordinate schedules, maintain high service standards, and ensure our commercial properties receive consistent, professional landscape maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations of commercial landscape maintenance crews.
• Manage crew leaders, supervisors, routes, and work schedules.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate equipment, vehicles, materials, and staffing.
• Communicate professionally with property managers and clients.
• Monitor productivity, labor costs, and job performance.
• Enforce company safety policies and proper equipment use.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure services are completed on schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience managing commercial landscaping operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation, and horticultural practices.
• Experience managing multiple crews, routes, and commercial properties.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Valid Florida driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor service environment.
