Job Overview

We are an established commercial window company with a lean, high-performing team and a strong portfolio of large commercial projects throughout South Florida. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, support company growth, and ensure the efficient management of administrative and financial functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial construction administration and Accounts Receivable management, contributing to the seamless execution of our projects and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office and business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including collections and invoicing, to maintain healthy cash flow
• Support administrative functions related to commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution
• Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and resource allocation
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations
• Assist in planning and executing company growth initiatives by streamlining operational activities

Skills

• Proven experience in operations management within the commercial construction or related industry
• Strong background in Accounts Receivable, collections, and financial administration
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement
• Knowledge of construction administration practices and project management tools is preferred
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
