Coyle Consulting is recruiting an Operations Manager for a contract opportunity with a leading global technology organisation.

This role combines case management, data analysis and process improvement within a FinOps team supporting contracting and billing operations for sell-side advertising services.

We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Contract Details

• Rate: €32.69 per hour
• Duration: ASAP – 18 April 2027
• Location: Dublin, Ireland
• Working Model: Hybrid, Tuesday–Thursday in the office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume internal support tickets and analytical requests, meeting agreed SLAs and deadlines.
• Investigate complex operational issues, identify root causes and implement lasting fixes.
• Partner with Account Managers, internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Use SQL to retrieve and analyse data, supporting investigations and business decisions.
• Build reports, dashboards and presentations using Google Sheets/Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and data visualisations.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits to identify recurring issues and service gaps.
• Improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks and develop scalable operational solutions.

Essential Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
• Fundamental SQL knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables and data visualisation.
• A proactive approach to process improvement and automation.

Desirable: Experience in AdTech, contracting or billing operations, Salesforce, scripting, AppScript or AI-assisted coding. Three or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
