What they need

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing, joinery, wood production, metal fabrication, and/or fit-out operations.
Strong knowledge of production planning, operational efficiency, cost control, and quality management.
Experience in resource planning, workflow coordination, and process improvement.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Experience in manufacturing or contracting companies is preferred.

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
