Job Overview

Vineland Physiotherapy is looking for an organized and motivated Operations Manager to help coordinate daily business activities and support our team. This is a remote opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and problem-solving.

Previous management experience is an asset, but candidates with relevant administrative or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Support team members and help maintain efficient workflows.
• Communicate with staff and assist with scheduling.
• Monitor tasks and help resolve routine operational issues.
• Maintain records and prepare basic reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve daily processes.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or operations is an asset, but not required.
