Think Green Design | Build Landscape is a family-owned landscape design build company located in the Scottsdale Airpark. We have been serving the valley of the sun since the year 2000, specializing in Residential resort style backyards and curbside appeal. Our Production team transforms outdoor spaces for our clients all over the valley. Our company does not currently offer any landscape maintenance services.

Role Description

This is a full-time salaried Operations Manager role at Think Green Design | Build Landscape in Scottsdale, AZ. Our vision for this role is a “General Manager” of the Production Department. This role reports directly to the Executive Team. We’re looking for a driven individual to join our Production department in building landscape projects for our clients. This role’s main responsibility is managing people. This role would be in charge of all client communications and managing client expectations throughout the project. This role will be charged with managing in house Production Managers to meet milestones, coordinating and scheduling all aspects of the landscape projects, managing resources, and following budgets.

• Understands Critical Path Management
• Masters Degree Preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a plus
• Landscape and Pool Construction Knowledge or Project Planning experience is not required but a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
