**Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (with flexibility to work across all Emirates)

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple branches, ensuring consistency, quality, cost efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a high-level manager with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, capable of managing details while maintaining a clear strategic overview.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage operations across multiple branches, ensuring consistent standards and performance.

* Maintain brand standards, store appearance, customer experience, and operational consistency across all locations.

* Drive strong inventory control, stock management, cost control, and waste reduction.

* Implement and monitor SOPs, quality assurance, and service standards.

* Lead teams, monitor KPIs, and improve operational efficiency and profitability.

* Identify operational gaps, analyze problems, and implement practical solutions.

* Support new openings, business expansion, and operational improvements.

* Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

* Maintain compliance with food safety, health, safety, and UAE regulations.

Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience managing multiple branches within F&B, hospitality, or a similar industry.

* Excellent organizational and management skills, with strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.

* Strong attention to detail, particularly in store presentation, brand consistency, and customer experience.

* Excellent inventory control, cost management, and quality assurance capabilities.

* Fast learner who adapts quickly to new concepts, systems, and challenges.

* Strong leadership skills, accountability, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

* Ambitious, proactive, and hungry to deliver exceptional results and grow with the company.

* Flexible to work across different locations and Emirates, including weekends and evenings when required.

* Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, operational reporting, and SOP implementation.

* A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
