Operations Manager

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service, high food-quality and safety standards, and efficient team performance. Lead and develop team members, manage staffing and inventory, monitor operational results, and support a positive, values-driven workplace. Work closely with restaurant leadership to meet business goals and continuously improve service and processes.

At Chick-fil-A, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
