We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee the execution of construction projects across our Oman branch, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, quality, and contractual compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction and contracting, including substantial experience in senior project or operations management.
• Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously.
• Extensive experience in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, procurement, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, claims, variations, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall operations and execution of all construction projects within the Oman branch.
• Lead the marketing and sales team .
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims, delays, and commercial risks.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.

Pay: From RO2,300.000 per month
