Operations Manager

THE ROLE

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, and performance of the club’s daily operations, ensuring that every department, service, and member interaction reflects LUCA’s commitment to quality, discretion, and excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the club, ensuring seamless workflows, operational efficiency, and consistent service delivery.

· Luxury Service Standards: Establish and maintain exceptional standards of hospitality, presentation, professionalism, and member satisfaction.

· Leadership & Team Management: Lead, supervise, and develop the operational team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of excellence.

· Member Experience: Ensure a personalized, attentive, and seamless experience throughout the member journey, from arrival and booking to departure.

· Standards & Procedures: Implement, monitor, and continuously refine standard operating procedures, internal policies, and service protocols.

· Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee staff rosters, instructor schedules, class bookings, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Quality Assurance: Conduct regular operational reviews to maintain standards of cleanliness, organization, facility presentation, and service quality.

· Business Performance: Monitor operational expenses, inventory, resources, and performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement.

· Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and internal policies.

· Management Reporting: Prepare operational reports, communicate key developments, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

· A proven track record in operations management, preferably within five-star hospitality, luxury wellness, premium fitness, spa, or private members’ club environments.

· Strong leadership, decision-making, and team development capabilities.

· Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

· A sophisticated understanding of guest and member expectations within a luxury service environment.

· The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining composure, discretion, and professionalism.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in operational systems, scheduling platforms, reporting, and Microsoft Office.

· Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic will be considered an advantage.
