Operations Manager

EDEN AESTHETICS, a premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai, is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Operations Manager with a proven track record in Dubai's aesthetic clinic industry.

We are looking for a strong leader who can build high-performing teams, optimize daily operations, and maintain exceptional standards of patient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth coordination between departments.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff, creating a positive, accountable, and high-performing team.
• Manage recruitment, conduct interviews, select suitable candidates, and oversee onboarding.
• Monitor employee performance, identify training needs, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Maintain premium patient service standards, including VIP patient experience and complaint resolution.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal processes.
• Monitor clinic performance, KPIs, staff productivity, and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and internal quality standards.
• Work closely with management to support operational excellence and business growth.

Requirements

• Extensive management experience in aesthetic clinics in Dubai is mandatory.
• Proven leadership, recruitment, and team development skills.
• Excellent understanding of premium patient service and VIP expectations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and deliver measurable results.
• Knowledge of DHA requirements and clinic management systems.
• Fluent English communication skills.
