Company Description Insoul انسول specializes in producing and selling stuffed donuts alongside a variety of cold and hot coffee beverages. The company began as a food truck in 2021, offering a limited selection of donut varieties and a single coffee option. Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring consistent product quality and service standards across locations. This role includes supervising staff, managing schedules, coordinating inventory and supplies, and maintaining food safety and hygiene procedures. The Operations Manager will monitor performance metrics, optimize workflows, and implement operational policies to support efficiency and profitability. In addition, the role involves supporting training, handling escalated customer issues, and collaborating with leadership on store openings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management or store management within food and beverage or retail environments.
• Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and workforce scheduling.
• Ability to manage inventory, coordinate supply chain activities, and maintain cost controls.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and quality assurance procedures.
• Competence in planning, organizing daily tasks, and optimizing operational processes.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Proficiency with basic business software and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous experience in a café, bakery, or quick-service restaurant is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مدير عمليات محترف يمتلك خبرة واسعة في إدارة وتشغيل الكافيهات، يكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على جميع العمليات التشغيلية، وتحسين الأداء، وتطوير الأنظمة والإجراءات التشغيلية، وضمان تحقيق أعلى مستويات الجودة والكفاءة والربحية.

كما سيكون مسؤولاً عن إعداد وتطوير نظام الامتياز التجاري (Franchise) للعلامة التجارية، بما يشمل إعداد الأدلة التشغيلية (SOPs)، وسياسات التشغيل، ومعايير الجودة، وخطط التوسع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

* الإشراف على جميع العمليات التشغيلية لفروع الكافيه وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.

* تطوير وتحسين الأنظمة والإجراءات التشغيلية وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات.

* إعداد وتوثيق الأدلة التشغيلية (SOPs) لجميع أقسام العمل.

* إعداد وتطوير ملف الامتياز التجاري (Franchise) بما يشمل:

* دليل التشغيل.

* معايير الجودة.

* دليل الهوية التشغيلية.

* برامج التدريب.

* إجراءات افتتاح الفروع.

* معايير خدمة العملاء.

* وضع وتنفيذ خطط التوسع وافتتاح الفروع الجديدة.

* مراقبة جودة المنتجات والخدمات وضمان الالتزام بمعايير العلامة التجارية.

* إعداد وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) والتقارير التشغيلية والمالية.

* إدارة الميزانيات التشغيلية والعمل على رفع الربحية وخفض التكاليف.

* الإشراف على المشتريات والمخزون وسلسلة الإمداد.

* استقطاب وتدريب وتقييم فرق العمل والإشراف على مديري الفروع.

* تطوير تجربة العملاء وتحسين مستوى الخدمة.

* ضمان الالتزام بالاشتراطات الصحية وأنظمة السلامة واللوائح الحكومية.

* التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة لتحقيق أهداف الشركة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

* بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.

* خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة وتشغيل الكافيهات أو المطاعم.

* خبرة مثبتة في إعداد وتطوير ملفات الامتياز التجاري (Franchise) والأدلة التشغيلية.

* خبرة في افتتاح الفروع وإدارة التوسع.

* مهارات قيادية وإدارية عالية.

* قدرة على إعداد وتحليل التقارير التشغيلية والمالية.

* إلمام بأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) وبرامج Microsoft Office.

* مهارات ممتازة في التخطيط، حل المشكلات، واتخاذ القرار
