Operations Manager

Lead and manage the overall operations and execution of all construction projects within the Oman branch.

Lead the marketing and sales team .

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.

Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims, delays, and commercial risks.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction and contracting, including substantial experience in senior project or operations management.

Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously.

Extensive experience in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, procurement, and cost control.

Strong understanding of construction contracts, claims, variations, and risk management.

Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
