Operations Manager

Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring efficient delivery of fintech and financial services. This role includes managing process workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring key performance indicators to meet service-level and regulatory requirements. The Operations Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and implement best practices to enhance customer experience and operational reliability. The role also involves risk management, vendor and partner coordination, documentation of operational policies, and collaboration with senior leadership on strategic projects and operational planning.

Qualifications

• Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow management, and performance tracking.
• Experience in financial services or fintech operations, with a solid understanding of compliance, risk control, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of operational dashboards or MIS tools to support decision-making.
• Effective people management skills, including team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities to manage complex, fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort with technology-driven environments, including digital platforms, automation tools, and process mapping software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in operations or project management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work with integrity, uphold security and compliance standards, and support inclusive, customer-centric practices.
