Operations Manager

byteXL is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive campus-level execution, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure smooth and efficient operations across assigned locations.

The role requires a hands-on professional who can take ownership, solve operational challenges, manage teams and stakeholders, and maintain consistent execution standards in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day campus operations and ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Track key operational metrics, maintain reports, and share updates with leadership.
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and accountability.
• Support coordination across campuses and ensure adherence to operational requirements.
• Take ownership of challenges and ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in operations, branch management, project coordination, account management, or similar roles.
• BE/BTech, or an MBA along with any graduation degree.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving ability, and execution skills.
• Willingness to work full-time on campus and transfer between locations when required.
• Experience in EdTech, education operations, or multi-location businesses is preferred.

Work Requirements:

• Full-time, on-campus role with six working days per week.
• Remote work is not available.
• Accommodation is not provided.
