Blueneba Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a growing solar EPC and renewable-energy solutions company with experience across 1,500+ residential, commercial and industrial solar projects. We operate across Madhya Pradesh, Delhi NCR, UP and other markets.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of our installed solar portfolio after project commissioning and handover.

The role will be responsible for plant monitoring, customer complaints, preventive and corrective maintenance, warranty coordination, field-service teams, AMC operations and overall customer satisfaction.

This position is separate from the Projects and Installation function.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and generation of commissioned solar plants.
• Review daily fault alerts and underperforming systems.
• Manage customer complaints through a structured ticketing and escalation process.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance visits.
• Manage field technicians and allocate daily service calls.
• Track response time, resolution time and repeat complaints.
• Coordinate inverter, panel and equipment warranty claims.
• Maintain plant records, monitoring credentials, serial numbers and warranty documents.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring technical problems.
• Prepare monthly plant-performance and service reports.
• Manage O&M and AMC contracts, renewals and service commitments.
• Verify and accept completed projects from the Projects team.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety and field-service SOPs.
• Coordinate with customers, OEMs, vendors and internal departments.
• Develop the Operations team as the company’s installed base grows.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics or Renewable Energy.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in solar operations, maintenance or after-sales service preferred.
• Working knowledge of solar inverters, modules, AC/DC systems, LT panels, earthing and remote-monitoring platforms.
• Experience in managing field-service teams and customer escalations.
• Strong reporting, coordination and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable travelling within Bhopal and nearby districts.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, technical capability and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
