หน้าที่รับผิดชอบหลัก (Job Description):
Sales-Production Alignment: ประสานงานส่งต่อข้อมูลออเดอร์จากฝ่ายขายเข้าสู่แผนการผลิตของโรงงาน ให้แม่นยำ ทันเวลา และสอดคล้องกับกำลังการผลิต (Capacity)
Sales Support Management: ควบคุมดูแลทีมสนับสนุนการขายในการตรวจสอบสต็อก ออกเอกสารซื้อขาย และประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าให้ลูกค้า
ERP/CRM Driver (Front-End): ขับเคลื่อนการใช้งานระบบ ERP และ CRM ในฝั่งปฏิบัติการ เพื่อให้ข้อมูลออเดอร์ไหลผ่านระบบอย่างเป็นระบบ (Real-time) และลดข้อผิดพลาด
SLA & Conflict Resolution: กำหนดและควบคุมมาตรฐานเวลาทำงาน (SLA) ระหว่างทีมขายและโรงงาน พร้อมเคลียร์ปัญหาเมื่อเกิดกรณีออเดอร์ด่วนหรือสินค้ามีปัญหา
