About us

Especial is a Leicester-based business that prides itself on fast, accurate service. We're looking for the right person to lead our early-morning order operation from our office.

The role

Orders and customer emails come in online around the clock. Your main objective is to answer customer emails and correct any orders received out of hours, working between 3am and 6am so everything is accurate, up to date and submitted ready for processing at 7am. You'll work independently and report directly to the owner.

This is a part-time, permanent, office-based role in Leicester, Monday to Friday, 3am - 6am. Full training is provided.

What you'll be doing

Answering customer emails clearly, professionally and promptly

Correcting orders so they're complete and accurate before 7am processing

Updating and submitting orders received out of hours

Checking part details, vehicle information and order requirements

Flagging any issues, missing information or queries for the owner

Keeping clear notes so orders can be processed smoothly from 7am

Maintaining a high standard of service for every customer

What we're looking for

Essential

Good knowledge of cars and car parts

Reliability and punctuality, as the morning depends on your work being done on time

Clear, professional written communication

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and early hours

Confident using computers and online systems

Able to get to our Leicester office for a 3am start

The right to work in the UK

Desirable

Experience in a motor trade, garage, parts counter or order processing role

Familiarity with parts catalogues or vehicle lookup systems

Customer service or admin experience
