Nanobag (www.nanobag.com) is a fast-growing international ecommerce brand creating ultra-lightweight, reusable bags sold worldwide through Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale partners.

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and commercially minded person to manage customer care, support daily operations, and help grow sales.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Care: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, refunds, and shipping issues while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Sales & Wholesale: Respond to B2B inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and help convert leads into sales.

Ecommerce Operations: Manage orders, coordinate with fulfillment partners, monitor inventory, and resolve operational issues.

Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, develop SOPs, and use AI and automation to improve efficiency.

Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, customer service, operations, or sales.
• Strong team management experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
