Operations Manager

Are you a high-energy leader who thrives in a "live" environment? At Laserdome, we don’t just manage shifts; we manage experiences. We are looking for an Operations Manager who is obsessed with staff performance, guest satisfaction, and a fun mindset.

The "Rapport-First" Path to Leadership

At Laserdome, we lead from the front. Regardless of your previous management experience, your first ~2 months will be spent in a deep-dive immersion. You will work every staff position, from the Laser Tag arena to the Snack Bar.

• The Goal: Gain absolute respect from the crew, master the flow of the facility, and prove you can thrive in our fast-paced environment.
• The Result: Following a successful 60-day immersion, you will begin formal Management Training.

The Role: Beyond the Clipboard

• Staff Performance: You are responsible for the successful execution of the staff plan. You aren't just watching; you’re coaching, motivating, and correcting in real-time.
• Facility Command: Managing the schedule, checking in guests, and ensuring the "Laserdome Standard" is met at every touchpoint.
• Full-Time Focus: This is a career-track role averaging 30-35 hours per week. This must be your primary focus.

The Schedule (3-Week Rotation)

We believe in a work-life balance that works. This position follows a set 4-week rotating schedule so you can actually plan your life:

• Mondays: Monthly Meeting, Some Monday Holidays
• Tue/Wed/Thu: One Opening, One Closing, One Off
• Fri/Sat/Sun: A balanced rotation of Opening, Closing, and Full Days Off (1 out of 3 weekends are FULLY OFF).
• Optional shifts available to cover for peers or increase your impact.

Compensation & Requirements

• Pay: $17.00/hour (Flat rate from Day 1).
• Commute: Reliability is everything. You must live within a 30-minute commute of Laserdome.
• Experience: Proven leadership in high-volume retail, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Resilience: You stay calm and "pro-active" when the lobby is full and the music is loud.
• Benefits: Laserdome does not offer health insurance benefits.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
