Operations Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Support Role and service minded attitude to accomplish administrative duties (cleaning, bookkeeping, sales, customer service, data entry, and ordering) and jump in where needed to support any service gaps.
• Must deliver a warm and service centric experience .
• Able to arrange and run meetings with little direction, leaving with clear objectives and tasks.
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed to work product excellence.
• Build strategic relationships and lead others to advocate for, create, and drive the company’s performance in developing relationships.
• Cultivates brand recognition and a value proposition for being a motorsport experience of choice.
• Creates and implements comprehensive business development plans to drive increased revenues and develop new markets.
• Conducts market research and analysis for existing and potential expansion, competition, and pricing opportunities to improve competitive position in different markets.
• Collaborates with marketing function to expand our market share, cultivate successful outreach strategies, and develop impactful partnerships.
• Provide oversight and content for bi-weekly Newsletter, Social Media, Google Ad words, Blogs and industry related events tied to all marketing to increase SEO and expand market share.
• Manages, trains, and develops open track day team in support of business goals.
• Teach, command, and coach in car safely and effectively to provide a fun and exciting experience; across all vehicle platforms; for defensive, tactical mobility, HPDE, rally, 4x4 and ATV/UTV advanced driving instruction.

EXPERIENCE :

• 10+ years of in car driving instruction across multiple platforms. Preferrd
• 5+ years defensive, tactical mobility, HPDE, rally, 4x4 and ATV/UTV advanced driving instruction.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• Ability to work outside in the elements and varying weather conditions and lift 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Power Point), Social Media Platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and advanced writing skills.
• Identify and communicate solution based processes to keep pace with changes.
• Self-starter who excels at working independently with little oversight and strong team collaboration skills.
• Be a multi-tasking and results driven; exceptional analytical skills and an excellent communicator.
