Operations Manager

Thevar Power Private Limited is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage daily business operations, supervise employees, and oversee sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams, improve sales performance, and ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise employees across departments.
• Oversee daily sales operations and monitor sales team performance.
• Set sales targets, track achievements, and ensure business goals are met.
• Coordinate sales, installation, service, and office teams.
• Monitor customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
• Track solar projects and ensure timely completion.
• Manage employee attendance, productivity, and work allocation.
• Prepare and review sales and operational reports.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, sales management, or team supervision.
• Strong leadership and employee management skills.
• Good understanding of sales operations, targets, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet business targets.
• Experience in the solar, electrical, or renewable energy industry will be an advantage.
