Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The person in this role will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring projects are planned, scheduled, and executed in line with client expectations and internal standards. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring workflows and resource allocation, and maintaining operational processes to support integrated marketing campaigns. The Operations Manager will track performance metrics, manage vendor and partner relationships, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. This role also involves collaborating closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and uphold compliance with company policies and service-level commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, project management, and process improvement, preferably within marketing or advertising services.
• Strong skills in team coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to analyze operational data, track key performance indicators, and implement actionable improvements.
• Comfort with using productivity tools and software (e.g., project management platforms, spreadsheets, and communication tools).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, Marketing, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in an on-site role managing teams or operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and adapt to evolving client and project needs.
