Operations Manager (Construction)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Plan and coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Monitor construction progress, productivity, and site performance.

Ensure compliance with construction regulations, BCA requirements, workplace safety and health standards, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Monitor project costs, budgets, quality control, and operational efficiency.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to resolve project-related issues.

Prepare operational updates to management.

Identify operational improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve project delivery.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO’s personal affairs, business activities and operations, and discussions.

Provide safe and timely transportation for the CEO to meetings, business appointments, and other designated destinations.

Perform other driving-related and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record.

Professional, punctual, trustworthy, and well-groomed, with good interpersonal skills.

Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in construction operations, project management, or site management.

Good knowledge of construction practices, project planning, cost control, and resource management.

Ability to manage multiple projects, supervise teams, and meet project deadlines.
