About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations of our team, support frontline teams, and ensure we continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading, coaching, and supporting frontline teams
* Ensuring service delivery meets customer and contractual requirements
* Managing operational issues, incidents, and escalations
* Supporting workforce coordination and service coverage
* Maintaining compliance, health & safety, and operational standards
* Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships
* Driving team performance and continuous improvement
* Supporting efficient and cost-effective service delivery

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a practical, hands-on leader who can motivate teams and deliver results.
You will have:
* Experience leading operational teams
* Background in security, facilities, logistics, transport, or a similar service environment
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems
* Experience improving team performance and service outcomes
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service
* Full New Zealand Driver Licence
