Operations Manager – E-commerce

About the Role

Montivo.pk is looking for a proactive, analytical, and responsible Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, manage teams, monitor performance, and ensure smooth coordination between the warehouse, order management, and courier management departments.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing people, analyzing operational reports, identifying inefficiencies, making timely decisions, and ensuring that all operational activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse & Inventory Operations

• Obtain daily reports from the warehouse team regarding incoming stock, new products, and inventory updates.
• Monitor and review Quality Control (QC) reports for incoming goods and ensure that quality issues are properly addressed.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate product information and timely inventory updates.

2. ERP & Product Listing Management

• Ensure all incoming products are accurately entered into the ERP system based on information provided by the warehouse team.
• Ensure every product is listed on the Montivo website with accurate product details, images, pricing, and inventory information.
• Monitor product barcoding, packing, and readiness to ensure all products are properly processed and available for sale.

3. Order Management & Dispatch Monitoring

• Obtain and review daily reports from the order management team.
• Monitor the number of orders processed, dispatched, and pending.
• Identify delays, investigate pending orders, and ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.

4. Courier Management & Performance Audits

• Monitor parcel delivery status and ensure dispatched orders are being delivered successfully.
• Audit courier performance, including delivery rates, return rates, delays, and unresolved shipments.
• Reconcile courier reports with internal records to ensure all returned parcels have been received back into the warehouse.
• Identify courier-related losses, discrepancies, and performance issues, and take appropriate action.

5. Team Management & Operational Reporting

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse, order management, and courier management teams.
• Establish accountability by ensuring each department submits accurate and timely reports.
• Analyze operational data to identify problems, improve efficiency, and reduce errors and losses.
• Prepare regular operational performance reports for management.
• Handle other operational responsibilities and implement process improvements as required.

Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent decision-making and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management, product listings, and order management processes.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership, enforce accountability, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who can take ownership of operations rather than simply collect reports. The right candidate should be able to understand the numbers, identify discrepancies, hold teams accountable, make decisions, and ensure that daily operations run smoothly without constant supervision.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
