Operations Manager – Electronics Trading

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an electronics trading business in Bahrain.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on and well-organized professional who can independently manage various aspects of the business, coordinate with staff and suppliers, and ensure smooth daily operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the business
• Manage and supervise staff and daily work activities
• Handle sales, customer service, and business development activities
• Manage purchasing and coordinate with suppliers
• Monitor stock, inventory, and product movement
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments
• Maintain proper business records and documentation
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and operational activities
• Coordinate with the accounts team and external service providers
• Handle customer and supplier communication and negotiations
• Identify and resolve operational issues
• Ensure the shop and business activities run smoothly and efficiently
• Take responsibility for general administrative and operational matters as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in electronics trading, retail, wholesale, or a similar business
• Proven experience in managing day-to-day business or shop operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in staff supervision, purchasing, sales, and inventory management
• Basic understanding of accounts and business transactions
• Good computer and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Bahrain experience is preferred - available to join immediately

Candidates who have previously managed an electronics shop, trading business, retail business, or small/medium-sized company are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate should be comfortable handling multiple areas of business operations and taking ownership of daily responsibilities.
