Operations Manager (Elemen)

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all outlets to ensure strict adherence to elemen's brand standards, ensuring consistent food quality, food presentation, cleanliness and customer experience
• Drive sales growth and develop revenue streams through innovative concepts
• Drive operational efficiencies across all outlets through training & performance management, championing service culture and customer satisfaction
• Maintain food and service quality through ongoing evaluations, complaint resolution, and corrective action across all outlets
• Manage and monitor sales against sales targets, outlets P&L, labor costs, food waste reduction to ensure profitability
• Establish and enforce operational procedures and standards in line with SOPs and service policies
• Collaborate with key support departments, including Finance, Procurement, Marketing and HR, to analyse sales trends, evaluate marketing campaigns and seasonal menu rollouts, optimise inventory cost control, and align staffing resources with operational needs

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B, or Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience (fine dining or premium casual experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, food costing, inventory control, and SFA hygiene regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office applications.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience managing at least two outlets preferred
