Operations Manager – Flex Printing & Installation

Shri Associates, a flex printing and outdoor advertising company, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production, workforce management, dispatch and on-site installation activities.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing daily operations, coordinating multiple teams and ensuring that customer projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee daily flex printing, fabrication, finishing, dispatch and installation operations.

● Plan and allocate jobs to designers, machine operators, production staff, installers and drivers.

● Ensure all projects are completed according to deadlines and quality standards.

● Coordinate installation schedules, manpower allocation, vehicles and routes.

● Monitor production output, material consumption, wastage and rework.

● Maintain job schedules and track pending, ongoing and completed projects.

● Coordinate with vendors and ensure the timely availability of materials.

● Monitor employee productivity, discipline and operational efficiency.

● Resolve production delays and on-site execution issues.

● Prepare daily and weekly operations reports for management.

● Implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and accountability.

Requirements

● 3–7 years of experience in operations, production or project management.

● Experience in flex printing, signage, advertising, fabrication or a related industry preferred.

● Strong team management, planning and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to coordinate multiple jobs and field installation teams.

● Proficiency in Excel, reporting and job tracking.

● Knowledge of production planning, inventory management and cost control.

● Willingness to visit installation sites and supervise field operations.
