We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager with Electrical Journeyman's License, to lead and optimize daily business functions. This role is vital in driving operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage team performance, providing guidance and training.
• Coordinate projects and liaise with clients and vendors.
• Implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.

Requirements

• Valid electrical journeyman's license required.
• Proven experience in operations management or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software
• Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams and managing operations.
• Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, and team leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Basic math proficiency for daily financial transactions and calculations; proficiency in phone etiquette and organizational communication is required.
