Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day import air/ocean operations and bonded warehouse activities, eg. receiving, storage, clearance, outturn and dispatch
• Lead, supervise and oversee imports operations and depot teams
• Act as a key point of contact for ABF, DAFF, customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, transport providers and clients
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues and manage client enquiries, feedback and complaints
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ABF, DAFF, customs, bonded depot, WHS and other regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years experience in imports freight operations
• Proven exposure to team leadership, management or supervision
• Hands-on experience managing bonded warehouse/depot
• Proficient in CargoWise
