Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in operations management or related field (NGO/social services/industry associations).
• Strong background in business development, technical operations, facilities management, or similar areas.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
