We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the performance and operational requirements of multiple healthcare centers.

Location: Camaro Square, Novaliches, Quezon City
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 6 days/week
Work Setup: On-site
Employment: Full-time
Target Start: Mid-September

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the operations and performance of multiple healthcare centers.
• Provide guidance and support to Center Managers on daily operations.
• Monitor center performance, KPIs, and operational targets.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and other internal teams.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and center performance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Manage multiple locations and operational priorities effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience managing multiple centers, clinics, healthcare facilities, or similar operations.
• Proven experience overseeing end-to-end operational requirements.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
