Operations Manager - Healthcare / Diagnostics

Genetidoc is a genetics-focused healthcare platform providing genetic consultations, genetic counseling, and genetic testing services across India. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate our team, and ensure efficient execution across clinical services, laboratory operations, and marketing.

Timings:

10AM - 6PM on site at Nanthencode, Trivandrum

Daily Zoom Meetings for around an hour in the evening (flexible)

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Oversee team activities, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Clinical Operations: Coordinate consultations, appointments, patient communication, and follow-ups.
• Laboratory Operations: Coordinate genetic testing workflows, sample tracking, report delivery, and laboratory partners.
• Marketing Operations: Supervise digital marketing activities, website management, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with doctors, patients, laboratories, vendors, business partners, and internal teams.
• Process Management: Establish workflows, monitor deadlines, resolve operational issues, and ensure accountability.
• Reporting: Track operational performance and provide regular updates to the founder.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, diagnostic laboratory management, or healthcare operations is mandatory.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
• Fluency in Malayalam, English , and Hindi is mandatory.
• Experience in a healthcare startup or diagnostic laboratory is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A proactive, responsible individual who can independently manage day-to-day operations, coordinate multiple teams, follow up on deliverables, and ensure that work gets done efficiently without constant supervision.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
