We are looking for an Operations Manager for our 4-star hotel in Budapest.

What will you be responsible for?

• Supervise and lead the operations team, including department supervisors and service staff.
• Coordinate the daily operations of the hotel's different departments.
• Ensure that all operational procedures are followed in accordance with established quality and safety standards.
• Implement continuous improvements to operational processes to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of previous experience in operational management roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
• Guest-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence.
• University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
