Operations Manager- HVAC Distribution

Operations Manager | PE-backed HVAC Distribution | Remote US (CST or EST) | $125K-$150K base + 10% bonus | 50% travel across the Midwest and Southeast

Seven Executive are partnered with a PE-backed HVAC Distribution platform who have roughly 20 locations across the US and $125m+ in revenue.

They are looking to bolster their senior operations team and hire an Operations Manager who will be responsible for the design, standardization and improvement of operations across all branch & distribution locations.

The role sets the policies, SOPS, and performance frameworks that branch and warehouse managers execute against- spanning warehouse ops, safety and regulatory compliance, fleet strategy and new branch opening projects.

• Safety & Compliance Program Leadership
• Fleet Strategy & Compliance
• New Branch (Store) Opening- Project Leadership
• Budget, Vendor & Cross Functional Strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in wholesale distribution or logistics, ideally within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or building-products distribution.
• Deep working knowledge of OSHA regulations, DOT/FMCSA fleet compliance, and safety program design at an organizational level.
• Proficiency with ERP/warehouse management systems, reporting/analytics tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
