Operations Manager - Import/Export

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Manager specializing in Import and Export logistics to lead and optimize our warehouse operations. More details will be discuss during the interview

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of import and export operations.
• Manage personnel, organize activities with the team leaders for the team.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, account management, and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Maintain kickoff meetings with the personnel to organizes daily basics
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics company operations with a focus on import/export processes
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, contract management, and client relationship management within a logistics or transportation environment.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, customer service excellence, and internal collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Deep understanding of international trade regulations including FDA regulations where applicable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience working within a logistics or supply chain environment.
