Operations Manager - IT Project Installations

With growth in both industries, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Installation / Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

About the role

As Operations Manager of IT installations, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational delivery, with a focus on:

• Lead and project manage the deployment of IT solutions, overseeing day-to-day installation activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
• Take ownership of end-to-end operational execution, from planning through to implementation, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
• Maintain strong oversight of administrative functions, including project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and process compliance
• Ensure quality control across all installations and operational activities, upholding company standards and complying with relevant regulations and policies
• Coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of installation projects
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory control, and international freight coordination, ensuring the efficient and timely availability of equipment.
• Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction

This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement, with a strong focus on operational excellence, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management.

About you

• Extensive experience in an installation or operations role within the Information & Communication Technology industry, with a hands-on approach to delivery and problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to actively manage project timelines, resources, and risks across multiple installations, maintaining close involvement in day-to-day execution
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills, with a practical, hands-on mindset
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment, leading by example and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of relevant business management software and data analysis tools to support operational performance and decision-making
• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and thoroughness across all tasks
