Operations Manager (JRL)

Manage staff rostering and deployment of Operations Associates on train services.

Ensure frontline staff are fit for duty, properly uniformed, and updated on safety instructions and operational communications.

Oversee and maintain training standards, including onboarding, refresher training, and on-the-job coaching.

Monitor daily station and train operations, including passenger flow, crowd control, and service performance.

Ensure compliance with operational rules, safety procedures, emergency plans, and company policies.

Review staff, equipment, and service performance, implementing corrective actions to maintain safety and customer service standards.

Safeguard passenger safety and security through regular safety observations and operational checks.

Lead and coordinate response efforts during incidents and emergencies as the first on-call operations manager.

Maintain operational, performance, and administrative records for frontline staff.

Enforce compliance with Rapid Transit System regulations and operational requirements.

Conduct team briefings, support recruitment interviews, and perform station operational duties when required.

Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

Safety Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with company safety policies, rules, and procedures.

Promote and monitor safe work practices among frontline staff.

Proactively identify and mitigate safety risks.

Oversee the implementation and compliance of the Safety Management System (SMS).

Conduct security inspections and covert exercises to assess staff vigilance and security preparedness.
