OPERATIONS MANAGER – KATINAT

KATINAT is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and strengthen operational performance across our nationwide F&B network of approximately 150 stores.

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee nationwide store operations and ensure consistent execution of service, product quality, food safety, and brand standards.
• Drive business performance across sales, profitability, labor productivity, COGS, waste, and controllable expenses.
• Monitor store and regional performance, identify operational gaps, and implement improvement plans.
• Lead and develop regional/area operations teams, strengthening accountability and execution discipline.
• Improve operational processes, SOPs, service efficiency, and customer experience across the network.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, QA, Training, Marketing, and other functions to deliver business priorities.
• Support new store openings, operational readiness, and post-opening stabilization.
• Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations directly to the COO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, with solid experience in multi-site F&B, café, restaurant, retail food, or hospitality environments.
• Proven track record in managing a large store network; experience with 50+ stores is preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, store operations, manpower productivity, cost control, service quality, and food safety.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable travelling nationwide when required.
• Good command of Vietnamese and English.
