Operations Manager - Landscape / Pools

Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai.

The candidate should have strong UAE experience in landscaping and swimming pool operations, with the ability to manage multiple projects, teams, manpower, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and overall project activities.
• Supervise Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and site teams.
• Plan manpower and allocate resources based on project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, work schedules, and deadlines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor ongoing works.
• Coordinate with Procurement and other departments for materials, equipment, and project requirements.
• Manage coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Monitor work quality and resolve operational and site-related issues.
• Oversee the use of company vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials.
• Ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Prepare regular operational and project reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and work standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in landscaping and swimming pool operations.
• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and site operations.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping, swimming pools, and related works.
• Excellent leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Experience with a UAE landscaping company is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
