Operations Manager – Logistics & Express Delivery

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our logistics and express delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including pickup, sorting, transportation, and last-mile delivery.

• Ensure operational KPIs are achieved, including on-time pickup and delivery performance.

• Drive cost optimization and improve operational efficiency.

• Lead, develop, and manage operational teams to achieve business objectives.

• Oversee peak-season planning and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.

• Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

✔ Experience in Logistics, Express Delivery, E-commerce, or Supply Chain Operations.

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.

✔ Experience in operations management, project management, or regional management is highly preferred.

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
