Operations Manager - Logistics Firm

Sinet Technologies is a technology-enabled logistics and rental platform focused on car rental, car leasing, corporate logistics, fleet management, and international logistics operations.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and scaling Sinet Technologies’ daily rental operations, fleet performance, service delivery, dispatch management, partner fleet operations, and strategic partnership initiatives.

The ideal candidate must possess strong logistics leadership experience and a proven ability to build operational systems, manage delivery/rental teams, improve service quality, and drive operational growth within a high-volume logistics environment.

Operations & Service Delivery

• Lead all logistics, dispatch, and car rental operations.
• Oversee daily delivery execution and service quality.
• Ensure operational efficiency across renters and fleet maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Monitor rental turnaround times and service-level performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Fleet & Dispatch Management

• Manage company-owned fleet and operators.
• Monitor fleet utilization, productivity, and asset performance.
• Coordinate rental pick-up and drop-off.
• Implement systems that improve rental efficiency and operational visibility.
• Oversee fleet dispatch coordination and fleet allocation processes.

Technology & Performance Management

• Drive adoption and effective use of Sinet Technologies’ technology platforms.
• Monitor operational dashboards, rental tracking systems, and reporting tools.
• Utilize data and analytics to improve operational performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Track operational KPIs including rental success rates, fleet utilization, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.

Customer Experience Management

• Ensure excellent customer service and service reliability.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and rental incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Operations Management.
• Minimum of 3 years managing logistics, courier, fleet, car rental/leasing, mobility, e-commerce fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record managing delivery teams and operational performance.
• Experience implementing operational systems and process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to scale logistics operations and manage growth.
